Board Material

The board is made from DIBOND composite panel. This material is frequently used for advertisements, pylons, lightboxes, and signs. It's also utilized for facades of office and high-rise buildings. This board consists of two layers of aluminum sheet with a plastic filling, such as polyethylene, in between. The board is 3mm thick and possesses very good mechanical properties. Such a material combination ensures high rigidity, strength, and durability in use. It is available in various colors, but the most popular are: white, black, gray, metallic gray, silver, brushed (scratched) silver, and gold.

IMPORTANT!!!

The material is single-sided, so the manufacturer protects it with a protective film only on the "right" (front) side. The back of the board is not covered with film, and because of this, minor scratches may occur on its underside. Abrasions result from the transport of the boards, their movement during transshipment, and operations carried out during production. Additionally, the manufacturer prints informational texts about the board type on the "left" side. Therefore, the board should be mounted to a non-transparent surface.

Pocket Design

The pockets are made from 2mm thick clear (transparent) plexiglass. We designed them for tool-free assembly. Each pocket has wings that should be inserted into the prepared slots (holes) in the board, and then secured from the back with the included wedges. If there's too much play, the wedge can be attached with regular tape to prevent it from slipping out of the mounting hole. Play may occur due to board manufacturing tolerances, which can vary by +/- 10%. We have no influence over this.

Easy Maintenance

In case of pocket damage, you can replace it individually, which significantly reduces servicing costs. You don't need to replace the entire board, just one component. The product ships disassembled for self-assembly. The average assembly time is 5 minutes.

Assembly does not require tools.
